Michele couldn't have made my daughter's wedding any better. The flowers were lovely and we received so many compliments on my daughter's bouquet. We were working long distance initially and then the mother of the groom was able to visit the store in person. We can thank Michele's Floral and Gifts enough. They went above and beyond for my 3 year old nephew's funeral spray and basket arrangement. I explained what I had pictured in my head over the phone. There was no picture to go off of. The arrangements were both amazing and perfect. I assumed that no matter what I got it wouldn't be good enough, bt these where exceptional. Plus they went out of there way with no delivery charge to get the arrangements to me even though they didn't deliver to my area. Exceptional floral shop! You won't be disappointed!

I live in Boston and wanted to send flowers to my aunt in Hollister for Christmas. I was able to schedule the delivery the week of Christmas through the website. The day of the delivery I received a call telling me my aunt wasn’t home or answering her phone. I told them to just leave the flowers outside her door. They asked that my aunt call them when she got home so they would know she received them. Being so far away I really appreciated their effort to make sure she got the flowers. And they were just as beautiful as the picture!

BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS!! I live in central Illinois. My mother however, lives in Branson. I've been ordering from them for a few years now. My mother is ALWAYS saying how beautiful they are and the longevity of their lifespan. If there has ever been a mixup or mistake, all it takes is a call and it is resolved promptly. I have never been in. I ordered flowers for my mother. The price was $40 on the website. When all was done, the bill was over $60. Delivery charge $10. and secret charge $5.95. plus tax. I think a $5 delivery charge would have been plenty. No unhappy just don't understand.

Thanks for sharing this, Michele. Another great quote from Richard Branson is: “A bsenisus has to be involving, it has to be fun, and it has to exercise your creative instincts.†You will perceive failure quite a bit differently if you fail at something that you love doing versus something that you just do for the money or even worse … dread doing. If you love it, you will accept failure as an educational experiment and find a new solution. If you don't have a passion for your vision or your bsenisus, failure will make a convincing argument as to why you should just give up.
